Since our founding, FLI has advocated to ensure the basic necessities and visibility of first-generation and/or low-income students on campus. Throughout the years, we have found ourselves taking nontraditional routes of action to promote our causes and our community. FLI has provided student leaders an avenue for on-campus activism that has proved to gain new resources for all FLI students. This page is dedicated to preserving our institutional memory to inform students about the work we have accomplished and the struggles that still persist.
